Who are we?

Our transnational team, based in Getafe, Hamburg, and Lisbon, is deeply integrated with our RFE Engineering colleagues, working for A320, A330, and A350 Aircraft Programs. We drive the key Quality standards to reach the RFT (Right First Time) on A/C Engineering deliverables.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and resilient professional to serve as an Operational Quality Focal Point & Facilitator for the RFE perimeter. In this transversal role, you will act as the "Quality Referent" and an essential unblocker for all Airbus Commercial Programs.

You will provide the critical quality support and process expertise that allows Airbus organizations to move forward. As a reactive advisor, you will use your authority to ensure process adherence while proactively finding solutions to complex issues. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a dynamic atmosphere and wants to act as a bridge between Engineering and Production.

Main Activities

  • Providing Quality support to Engineering Teams on process applicability and DOA/POA interfaces, to unblock operational issues related to the Production environment.

  • Assuring the application of standards and tools in RFE, acting as Business Quality Manager for processes across all A/C programs.

  • Driving the RFE perimeter in transnational operational projects for repetitive issues, harmonization, or continuous improvement. 

  • Launching and driving Problem solving methodology (PPS) process for critical issues in the area. Ensuring efficiency of the defined actions.

  • Guaranteeing compliance with the requirements, legal regulations and approvals from EASA Authorities through process adherence, process deployment, and audit support. 

  • Prioritizing the Voice of the Customer.

  • Developing and maintaining effective Quality KPIs, using Data Analytics solutions to improve performance. 

Required Skills

  • Engineering Degree or a related discipline.

  • Dynamic Problem-Solving, managing multiple topics simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and the DOA/POA interface.

  • Strong Stakeholder Management skills and ability to communicate across all levels of hierarchy.

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.

  • Customer Focus (Voice of the Customer).

  • Excellent Team Spirit and Collaboration.

  • Self-motivation and Autonomy.

  • Proficiency in Data Analytics and Google Workspace to drive digital dashboard maintenance and performance monitoring.
