Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a talented RF Program Manager to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing Space Force Joint Capabilities Office programs, ensuring analysts meet RF detection, tracking, and reporting requirements for Priority 1 and 2 GEO objects.
  • Leading Pentagon Strategic Capabilities Office efforts, including tasking, demonstrations, and operational support for Safran’s mobile ground receiving station.
  • Coordinating with imagery providers, technical teams, and customer organizations to ensure successful mission execution.
  • Overseeing all post‑sales business operations: requirements analysis, quotations, purchase orders, production tracking, QC, shipment, invoicing, and metrics.
  • Supporting expansion of Safran’s ground‑station business through customer engagement and operational excellence.
  • Ensuring alignment between customer needs, technical capabilities, and operational timelines.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Geospatial Sciences, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred),although additional years of experience can count in lieu of a degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in space operations, GEOINT, RF detection, or ground‑station mission support.
  • Strong understanding of various satellites orbits for tracking, RF detection workflows, and satellite tasking.
  • Experience managing technical teams and coordinating multi‑stakeholder mission requirements.
  • Proven ability to oversee complex operational programs and deliver mission‑critical outputs.
  • Familiarity with ground‑station architectures, satellite data flows, and operational demonstrations.
  • Ability to manage full post‑sales lifecycle including requirements, production, QC, and customer communication.

What Desired Skills You Might Bring:

  • Experience supporting Space Force, Pentagon, or other national‑level mission partners.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior military, government, and industry stakeholders.
  • Background in GEOINT, RF sensing, or satellite operations.
  • Experience growing or supporting technical product lines or ground‑station capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in fast‑paced operational environments.

Security Clearance Requirement:

A security clearance is not required to apply; however, the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance which requires U.S. citizenship, prior to the start date.

Salary Range: $148,300.00 - $266,900.00
