Job Title: Reward Administrator
Contract: Full time, 37.5 hours, 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Hybrid Role with at least once a week in Leeds Office
Location: Kirkstall Forge, Leeds or Salford Quays
Salary: £28,000

As a Reward Administrator, you’ll be a vital part of the Health & Care Services People Team, helping ensure our reward processes run smoothly, accurately and on time. From managing incentive cycles and pay governance activity to supporting managers and colleagues with day‑to‑day reward queries, this is a varied, detail‑focused role where your organisation, systems knowledge and problem‑solving skills will really make a difference.
