This position is responsible for setting up and operating equipment that forms or molds ingredients used in the manufacturing of food products while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Description
This position is responsible for setting up and operating equipment that forms or molds ingredients used in the manufacturing of food products while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Tasks
Responsible for operating Forming equipment (Revo or Formax) to produce formed product to customer specifications. Must be able to push and pull v-mags of product weighing up to 250 lbs. and load v-mags into bucket lift. Must be able to read and write to adjust settings on touch display of machinery, log temperature of batches, record downtime and to take drop weights of product. Must be able to climb steps to manually push product into the machine. Must be able to stand and bend for 100% of production hours. Must be able to work in a dusty environment and in temperatures of 50 degrees F or less to include wet floor surfaces. Rate of work is fast paced and must be neat with paperwork and keep work area clean. Other duties may be assigned by supervisor. Applicants must be willing to wear all proper safety equipment and must be willing to work weekends when required. THE TYLER ROAD SAFETY GOAL IS ZERO ACCIDENTS!
