Job Description

So, what will your new role look like?

As a Revenue Systems Analyst, you’ll be the execution engine behind our revenue tech ecosystem across ShareGate and Workleap. Reporting to the Manager of Revenue Systems, you’ll turn ideas into operational reality—building integrations, implementing workflows, strengthening data integrity, and ensuring our systems run fast and clean.

This role is built for someone early in their career who thrives in high-expectation environments and wants to grow quickly. You’ll operate as a trusted builder—bouncing ideas, pressure-testing solutions, and then executing with speed and precision.

You collaborate with our team to collectively support HubSpot governance, and you will play a critical role in making our broader revenue systems scalable, reliable, and AI-ready.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain integrations across the revenue tech stack;
  • Translate business processes into scalable system configurations and automations;
  • Strengthen data integrity through validation logic and system controls;
  • Execute high-priority system changes quickly and reliably;
  • Support Sales and RevOps teams with operational improvements and reporting enhancements;
  • Contribute to AI-enabled workflow optimization across tools;
  • Partner closely with the Manager of Revenue Systems to test, iterate, and deploy solutions.
  • Coordinate the renewals of our revenue tech stack and vendor relationships.

A typical week?

  • Partnering with the Manager of Revenue Systems to scope and pressure-test a new automation request from Sales;
  • Building or updating integrations between revenue tools to improve system connectivity;
  • Implementing validation logic or workflow updates to reinforce data integrity;
  • Investigating and resolving system issues impacting pipeline visibility or reporting;
  • Rolling out quick-turn configuration changes needed for an upcoming launch or initiative;
  • Exploring AI tools to improve operational efficiency or automate repetitive tasks;
  • Supporting ad hoc operational requests that require fast, reliable execution;

What does your future team look like?

You’ll join a high-performance Revenue Systems team known for grit, accountability, and speed.

We rely on each other, hold high standards, and operate with strong ownership. This is a team that moves quickly—if something is needed Thursday at 5pm, we’re ready to deliver Friday morning.

We’re currently evolving our systems in the middle of an AI shift, which means you’ll have the opportunity to shape how automation and intelligent tooling power our revenue engine.

What are the next challenges awaiting your team?

We are scaling our revenue infrastructure to support faster growth, stronger automation, and better decision-making.

This includes improving system connectivity, reinforcing governance, increasing operational efficiency, and embedding AI-driven workflows into everyday execution. You’ll help build the next version of our revenue machine.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in RevOps, revenue systems, or CRM-focused roles;
  • Strong understanding of business processes and system configuration;
  • Experience with CRM environments and revenue tools;
  • Comfort working with integrations, workflows, and automation logic;
  • High attention to data quality and operational detail;
  • Ability to move quickly and operate in high-expectation environments;
  • Curiosity and comfort experimenting with AI tools.

Salary range: $80–100k CAD.
This range reflects our Canada-wide compensation scale. Final offers may be adjusted based on the candidate’s region to align with local market conditions.
