Hubspot

Revenue Specialist

Remote - USA Full Time

HubSpot is building a Revenue Specialist team to drive adoption of Commerce Hub—our integrated CPQ, Billing, and Payments platform. This role combines sales support with deep product expertise and customer advocacy.

What You'll Do

You'll work directly with customers to drive enrollment, adoption, and expansion of Commerce Hub. This means hands-on engagement with RevOps managers, billing administrators, and finance teams—helping them configure quoting workflows, understand billing automation, and realize value from the platform.

You'll support Senior Revenue Specialists and Growth Specialists on complex deals by providing product expertise, running technical discovery, and building demo environments that address specific customer requirements. As deals close, you'll ensure smooth handoffs and drive activation so customers see ROI quickly.

You'll serve as a critical feedback loop between customers and the Commerce Product team.

You'll synthesize patterns from customer conversations, document feature gaps and workarounds, and advocate for roadmap priorities based on real merchant needs. You'll create enablement materials for HubSpotters and partners, helping scale Commerce Hub knowledge across the organization.

What You Bring

HubSpot ecosystem knowledge. You have experience consulting on, selling, or implementing HubSpot. You understand how Commerce Hub fits within the broader HubSpot platform and can connect the dots for customers.

Technical aptitude. You understand integrations, APIs, and data flows. You can configure quoting templates with some calculated fields and approvals logic, troubleshoot workflow issues, and know when a customer's requirements need custom development vs. native functionality.

Customer-facing excellence. You can manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously, communicate complex concepts clearly, and build trust with practitioners who will be living in the product daily.

Creative problem-solving. Commerce Hub is evolving. You'll find creative ways to meet advanced customer needs with existing functionality while documenting gaps for the product team.

Bias toward action. This is a new team building something from the ground up. You're a self-starter who can operate without a detailed playbook and contribute to building one.

Experience. 2-4 years in customer success, solutions consulting, sales engineering, or implementation roles. Experience with CPQ, billing, payments, or revenue operations platforms is a plus but not required.

Growth Path

This role is designed as a development path into Senior Revenue Specialist. High performers who demonstrate enterprise sales aptitude will have opportunities to take on quota-carrying responsibilities and own strategic customer relationships.

Why This Role Matters

Commerce Hub is one of HubSpot's key strategic priorities. You'll be part of a small, specialized team with outsized impact on product direction and go-to-market strategy. If you want to combine product expertise with customer engagement while helping build a new function at HubSpot, this is the role.

Honest Disclosure: The products are still maturing—you'll help customers navigate limitations while advocating for improvements. Your input will directly shape what gets built.
