Key Responsibilities
• Lead and deliver high-impact transformation initiatives across the revenue organization, including process improvement, tool implementations, targeted revenue improvement drives, and partnership program launches.
• Drive the evolution toward our RevOrg of the future—where AI agentic workflows handle structured work while humans define rules, govern systems, and manage exceptions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, marketing, customer success, IT, and operations to align on objectives, remove blockers, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Roll up your sleeves to get projects across the finish line—from requirements gathering and vendor selection to user testing, change management, and adoption tracking.
• Experiment with and implement AI tools and workflows that enhance productivity, eliminate manual processes, and unlock new revenue opportunities.
• 5+ years of experience leading projects or programs, ideally with exposure to revenue operations, sales operations, or go-to-market functions.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects, software implementations, or business transformation initiatives from start to finish.
• Hands-on experience with AI beyond basic usage—you're already experimenting with AI tools, building workflows, or exploring how AI can solve real business problems.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders, drive alignment, and navigate complexity in matrixed, cross-functional environments.
• Self-starter mentality with a bias for action—you get things done, even when the path isn't perfectly clear.
• Background in program or project management (PMO experience valued, though formal certifications not required).
• Experience with common sales and revenue operations tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Clari, Gong, or similar platforms).
• Exposure to change management, process optimization, or revenue enablement in high-growth or transformational environments.
