As part of Trustpilot’s Revenue Operations team for Europe & APAC, you will play a central role in enabling our go-to-market organisation to operate efficiently, consistently, and at scale. Our team partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Product to ensure teams have the processes, insights, and systems they need to deliver strong commercial outcomes.
In this role, your primary focus will be supporting the Customer Success organisation, helping to professionalise and elevate how CS teams engage with customers across all segments. You will design scalable processes, build and maintain our operational frameworks, optimise our CS tooling, and translate data into insights that support product adoption, revenue retention and expansion.
At the same time, you will collaborate with other go-to-market functions as needed, applying your operational expertise to cross-functional initiatives that drive efficiency, improve processes, and strengthen how our commercial teams operate across Europe & APAC.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, leading cross-functional projects, and building the systems and workflows that empower customer-facing teams to deliver exceptional experiences at scale.
