At FIS, our technology and our people are moving forward. We advance the way the world pays, banks and invests. We believe in building inclusive, diverse teams. Together, we innovate to help our colleagues, clients and communities succeed. If you’re ready to grow your career and make an impact in fintech, we have one question: Are you FIS?
About the role:
FIS is seeking a RevOps Technology Strategist to help accelerate sales productivity and effectiveness by owning and optimizing a portfolio of Sales Technology tools. This role sits within Revenue Operations and partners closely with Sales, Enablement, IT, and external vendors to ensure our sellers are equipped, supported, and realizing value from the technology they use every day.
We’re looking for someone who is eager to build a new standard for RevOps within one of the largest Fintech businesses in the world. We are looking for a proactive self-starter, who thrives in environments with multiple cross-functional stakeholders with varying priorities. You can more than hold your own with the day-to-day requests, but your real passion is digging deep, finding out the “why,” and providing insights to the Revenue Organization to make better decisions.
This is a hands-on, highly visible role for someone who is naturally curious, action-oriented, and excited to experiment with new tools — particularly AI-powered capabilities — to improve seller and personal productivity. You will play a key role in driving adoption, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving how technology supports our go-to-market teams.
What you will be doing:
Sales Technology Ownership & Enablement-
- Own a small portfolio of Sales and RevOps technology tools, acting as the primary business point of contact for each
- Drive seller adoption and value realization by partnering with Sales, Enablement, and RevOps stakeholders to ensure tools are well understood and effectively used
- Translate seller feedback into actionable improvements, enhancements, or process changes
- Support rollout of new tools and features, including change management, communications, and enablement support
Usage Insights & Value Reporting-
- Monitor and report on tool usage, adoption, and engagement, helping leadership understand where technology is delivering value and where improvement is needed
- Develop lightweight dashboards, summaries, and insights that highlight usage trends and opportunities to improve seller productivity
- Partner with stakeholders to connect technology usage to qualitative outcomes such as time savings, ease of use, and seller confidence
Special Projects Leadership-
- Identify, lead, and manage strategic projects, leveraging your problem-solving skills to drive process improvements and revenue enhancement initiatives
- Take the initiative in coordinating resources from multiple departments to optimize processes and support overarching business goals
- Gather, develop, and analyze information from multiple teams and develop efficient processes and reports to support the business
Issue Resolution & Vendor Collaboration-
- Act as a first line of support for technology issues and outages, triaging problems and coordinating resolution with internal partners and external vendors
- Manage vendor relationships at an operational level, ensuring timely issue resolution and clear communication to impacted users
- Identify recurring issues and proactively drive root-cause fixes rather than one-time solutions
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field or Economics
- 2-7 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, corporate strategy, revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations in a technology/financial services company
- Very strong analytical background
- Outstanding program management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ambiguous problem-solving and executive communication skills, with ability to facilitate meetings with executives and partner across multiple functions in an organization
- Positive, can-do, roll up the sleeves and get things done mindset
- Relentless ownership mindset — spots problems early, pulls into them, and drives solutions end‑to‑end without needing direction
- Naturally curious and experimental mindset, with a strong interest in sales tech and AI and a bias toward trying new tools/approaches to boost productivity
Added bonus if you have:
- MBA or Master's degree in a technical or quantitative field
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled tools, automation, or workflow optimization
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and/or SQL
- Proficiency in sales tools such as SalesForce, Outreach, Gong or similar tools
- Experience partnering with vendors or managing SaaS tools from a business-owner perspective
What we offer you:
At FIS, we are as committed to growing our employees’ careers as our own business. We offer:
- Opportunities to innovate in fintech
- Inclusive and diverse team atmosphere
- Professional and personal development
- Resources to contribute to your community
- Competitive salary and benefits
