As a Revenue Operations Enablement Senior Analyst, you will support the Revenue Operations Enablement Team as well as key revenue-generating stakeholders in administrative areas including, but not limited to standardized reporting, license governance, tool expertise, troubleshooting/testing and training support.
Maintain a standard reporting cadence showcasing Return On Investment for an evolving enablement tech stack
Establish a License Governance model; serve as the authority on ZYLO for license management
Possess a discerning eye for detail, applied to vendor contract renewals
Collaborate with teammates in maintaining regular discovery and development, ensuring enablement tools are perpetually evolving
Bachelor's degree in any related discipline
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Possess an innovative demeanor, keen on evolving our AI Playbook
Demonstrate a team-player demeanor, willing to remediate critical items as they surface
Willingness to play a visible role in team Office Hours, engage with users from multiple business units and tiers, ensuring quality support and swift remediation when needed
Expertise/Familiarity with Revenue Enablement tools is a plus such as ZoomInfo, Cognism, Outreach.IO, Gong, LinkedIn Navigator, and Salesforce
