Your Role

The Revenue Operations and Enablement Associate role focuses on improving data quality and driving operational efficiency across our sales and revenue functions. You will help bridge critical data trust gaps by executing thorough data cleaning, validation, and audit processes, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams including Revenue Operations, Sales, and Revenue Data & Analytics.

Responsibilities and duties. 

Data Cleaning and Validation

  • Scrutinize data in Revenue Systems-owned sources like Salesforce for inaccuracies
  • Execute Salesforce tasks including account creation, merging, lead conversion and support case routing exceptions
  • Perform data quality checks for org classifications and addressable market data accuracy
  • Conduct routine audits to identify discrepancies such as closed-won opportunities without invoices
  • Execute quality control checks against signed contracts, invoices and provisioning

 

Audit and Reporting

  • Review Salesforce for lead conversion requests, ensuring correct processes and avoiding duplicate creation
  • Investigate and resolve support case queue routing exceptions and closed-won opportunities without invoices
  • Generate concise reports for internal teams highlighting data quality improvements
  • Maintain addressable market data accuracy

 

Operational Excellence

  • Validate accounts and manage hardware orders while maintaining comprehensive documentation
  • Handle account reviews, hardware order FIRs, write-off requests and customer transitions
  • Validate and merge duplicate customer accounts
  • Research and validate sports information for thousands of organizations

 

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with Sales teams on contracts and billing, Support teams for provisioning, Billing teams for invoices
  • Collaborate with Revenue Systems to optimize Salesforce processes including lead conversion and account setup
  • Partner with Revenue Data & Analytics to ensure accuracy of key fields used in reporting KPIs
  • Participate in Salesforce hygiene efforts including duplicate record removal and overdue pipeline review
  • Assist in CPQ work, reviewing information at quote, order, and contract levels for accuracy
  • Support basic Salesforce Slack coverage and deal desk coverage

Education, Experience, and Certification

  • Candidate should be a Graduate
  • Revenue operations, sales operations or similar role experience preferred
  • Experience with CRM platforms preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel with intermediate-level skills preferred

  • Data management expertise with comfort working with customer and account data while maintaining accuracy and integrity
  • Team player mentality with ability to work in collaborative environments and support cross-functional initiatives

 

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in revenue operations or sales operations roles
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Intermediate proficiency in spreadsheet applications
