Key Responsibilities:
Data Management and Governance
Maintain master customer and product data governance for Business Unit Revenue Operations
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of revenue datasets across multiple systems
Perform comprehensive data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution
Document data definitions, assumptions, and processes for transparency and scalability
Revenue and Business Analytics
Develop and maintain sophisticated revenue reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
Analyze trends, variances, and key drivers to support forecasting and executive business reviews
Execute complex ad hoc analytical requests from business unit and regional stakeholders
Support quarterly revenue targets and annual KPI achievement through actionable insights
Business Partnership and Collaboration
Own and optimize the Customer Watch (C-Watch) process for revenue risk management
Translate business priorities into actionable analytical insights for leadership teams
Collaborate with regional teams to align data standards and ensure reporting consistency
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive revenue optimization initiatives
Process Improvement and Innovation
Identify and implement opportunities to enhance data workflows and reporting automation
Support tool enhancements and reporting framework improvements across the organization
Drive standardization efforts across regions and business functions
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize revenue operations processes

Minimum Qualifications:
At least a bachelor’s degree
2+ years’ experience in:
FP&A, sales operations, pricing, commercial operations, or finance
Microsoft Excel proficiency with large dataset experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, data analytics' science, engineering, or related field

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $97,270.00-164,880.00 USD
