The role
As Encord's Revenue Operations Analyst, you'll be the operational backbone of our go-to-market engine. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of data, systems, and strategy — where your work directly shapes how a fast-scaling AI company grows.
You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to build the infrastructure, reporting, and automation that keep our revenue motion running at peak efficiency. From owning pipeline forecasting to prototyping AI-powered agents that eliminate manual work, you'll be both a strategic thought partner and a hands-on builder.
This isn't a "maintain the spreadsheet" role. It's an opportunity to architect scalable systems from the ground up, influence executive decisions with clean data, and leverage cutting-edge AI tools to 10x what a RevOps function can do.
