Revenue Growth Manager, Global Markets

Reporting to our Senior Director, Global Markets, you will lead the development and execution of revenue growth strategy, including short‑ and long‑term strategic plans and analytics for Price, Pack, Mix, and Trade to drive top‑ and bottom‑line growth. You will work cross‑functionally with Sales, Brand, Finance, and Insights teams, offering a unique enterprise‑wide perspective on how pricing, trade, and portfolio decisions shape sustainable growth.

 

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the agenda for the Net Revenue Management strategic growth framework for Global Markets
  • Develop a multiyear strategy to deliver Net Sales and Gross Margin growth in a sustainable and consistent manner in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Finance, including pricing slopes, price positioning, portfolio pricing, the role of trade, trade planning, and trade optimization
  • Develop and own tools that integrate descriptive and predictive demand and financial analytics to optimize pricing scenario development and decision‑making, including ownership of software, models, spreadsheets, and related programs
  • Partner with Brand and Finance teams to define the role of pricing within categories, ensuring alignment to brand objectives and consideration of competitive pricing and promotion strategies
  • Lead communication, alignment, and review with Sales and Marketing teams on pricing actions, including development of compelling selling stories to support execution
  • Lead analysis, execution, and scorecarding of strategic pricing recommendations, including base pricing, incremental pricing, Every Day Low Price strategies, and pricing for innovation across select brands
  • Identify opportunities to unlock Price, Pack, Mix, and Trade value at national and customer levels, and lead customer‑specific trade optimization recommendations in partnership with Finance and Sales
  • Lead evaluation and advancement of trade promotion analysis capabilities to improve return on investment while driving topline growth and optimizing trade spend
  • Develop and execute a customer segmentation strategy that balances internal metrics, growth potential, and customer size to define the role of trade and the role of the customer for the organization
  • Lead development and refinement of channel pricing guardrails and processes, including participation in pricing exception decisions
  • Recruit, hire, and develop a high‑performing team with collective expertise across strategic, operational, tactical, and administrative elements of revenue growth management
  • Support execution of established go‑to‑market guardrails
  • Collaborate with our Revenue Growth Management teams across the United States, Mexico, and Canada to leverage shared plans and tools

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline required
  • 3+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing, or trade marketing
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in customer management, marketing, revenue growth management, or finance within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
  • Strong strategic mindset with comfort challenging the status quo to drive efficiency and results
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in modeling, complex analytics, consumer research, and customer data
  • Proven talent for translating complex concepts into clear, logical insights and persuasive presentations that drive alignment and decision‑making
  • Demonstrated success in developing talent and building organizational capability
  • Enterprise‑level perspective that anticipates implications across channels, customers, consumers, and competitors when shaping strategy

Compensation 

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
