  • Pernod Ricard UK, which markets, sells and distributes our products in the UK and also drives the global development of our iconic Gin brands through The Gin Hub
  • Chivas Brothers, the largest brand company in the Group, responsible for the production and management of our award-winning Scotch whisky portfolio
  • Pernod Ricard Global Travel Retail, the global and EMEA home of the group’s duty free, air travel and cruises business.

Your new team

This position sits in our Pernod Ricard UK (PRUK) business. Since 2017 PRUK has also hosted The Gin Hub, the team responsible for managing the Group’s unrivalled portfolio of ‘Premium+’ International Gins globally.

Your unique contribution

  • Lead analysis & recommendation development for annual price increase process. Bring together information from multiple sources and model impacts with support of Lead Revenue Growth Manager.
  • Main responsibility for maintaining RRPs and Promo Guidelines, producing NPD P&Ls as part of the innovation process as well as managing price forms in conjunction with the Pricing team.
  • Lead RGM reporting processes delivering monthly & quarterly reports on the pricing and promotion landscape. Ensure the insights are embedded within the business’ understanding & decision making.
  • RGM team data champion, owner of pricing tool Brand Nudge & super user for Nielsen. Responsible for supporting Revenue Growth Manager Promotions & Mix with critical Vista data checks and corrections.
  • Support the delivery of function specific strategic projects linking to the key RGM Levers (Pricing, Promo, Mix & Terms).

Who you’ll be working with

  • Works closely with the Lead Revenue Growth Manager and Revenue Growth Manager to deliver the PRUK RGM roadmap.
  • Key contact on Price Increase project, supporting the Lead RGM on managing multiple stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing & Finance. Ongoing close working with Pricing team to maintain pricing forms on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the Marketing team especially around NPD P&L development.
  • Collaborates with Revenue Grown Manager on Vista Rev Up, especially for data management and tool continuity.
  • Key UK contact for Brand Nudge pricing data as well as Nielsen price and promo data, acting as contact for Brand Nudge external partner and internal super user.

Your blend of talent

You will have:

  • An analytical approach and you’re able to turn complex data into insights.
  • You should be comfortable with large data sets, have strong Excel skills and an aptitude for mastering new tech and systems.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from multiple functions.
  • Some experience in Revenue Growth Management or a background in Commercial Account Management or Commercial Finance.
