KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
• Portfolio Oversight: Manage the client portfolio, monitoring performance KPIs and ensuring expectations are met in accordance to contracts, with a focus on meeting engagement health metrics, achieving high client satisfaction, favorable Net Promoter Scores (NPS), and generating strong client references.
• Client Partnership: Partner with client leaders to align operational objectives with performance goals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with client leadership, leading in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure all project teams comply with industry regulations and Huron’s internal standards, maintaining accountability across vendor, coding, and centralized business functions.
• Employee Engagement and Culture: Foster a positive, accountable, and innovative culture within HMS, implementing strategies that elevate employee engagement to meet industry benchmarks.
• Sales Support and Growth: Collaborate with sales leaders to support key client pursuits, and expand HMS’s client base, actively participating in client credentialing and reference coordination
• Product Differentiation and Innovation: Partner with leaders to create differentiated RC solutions that meet evolving client needs
CORE QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue cycle management.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate global teams.
• Strong and broad understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations within a hospital and physician setting.
• Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Limited travel required.
• Current permanent U.S. Work Authorization required.
The estimated salary range for this job is $160,000- $215,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy and Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future
