Summary

**In Office Role**
**This is a part time role (about 24 hours per week)**

Provide administrative support for the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) department. This position would support RCM and Provider Credentialing/Enrollment.

Description

  • Open and sort mail
  • Collate bank deposits to get FedExed to the lockbox
  • Scan necessary correspondence to appropriate parties (billing team, credentialing/enrollment team, leadership, accounting team, etc.)
  • Print HCFAs from eCW that need to be mail to the appropriate payers
  • Print Primary EOBS and attach to Secondary HCFAs that need to be mailed to appropriate payers
  • Copy, file and additional miscellaneous clerical duties as may arise
  • This employee must be on site 3 days a week

Qualifications

  • Must be highly responsive to requests, work quickly and effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to complete tasks quickly and with little to no error and apply critical thinking to resolve issues.
  • Must always handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills as needed to work with all staff.
  • Must possess a strong sense of urgency and know how to prioritize work.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) a must.

Compensation:

$20 - $25/hour

The salary/rate range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary/rate for this role. Please note that actual salaries/rates may vary within this range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and based on experience and qualifications.
