Expectations:

Performs medical record audit for billable charges and statistical data. Reports such to both internal and external departments. This position requires flexibility of hours.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree (BSN) required. Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) will be considered if enrolled in a BSN program with degree completion within 2 years of date of hire or date of transfer to an RN position. Diploma or transcripts on highest degree earned required.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
RN with Operating Room Experience. Experience with chart review and audits preferred.

Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN)

Pay Range: The estimated base rate for this position is $55.00 - $82.50.

Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
