Under the direction of the Revenue & Asset Strategy Mgr. and Revenue & Asset Strategy Sr. Analyst, this analyst will work with departments within Property Management to evaluate various aspects of operations to ensure peak operational efficiencies are being achieved. If opportunities for improvement are identified, the analyst will work with applicable department team members to implement changes.
Essential Functions
Analyze new and existing markets to help determine appropriate pricing, to ensure leasing velocity while maximizing rent growth
Analyze rents for properties in lease-up to find opportunities to increase rents where opportunity exists and/or decrease rents where expectations are not being met
Assist in pricing review and acceptance for AIRM Revenue Mgmt. Software
Analyze monthly forecasts to ensure negative trends are identified and corrected
Ensure projections are correctly reported for the year
Analyze financial data to assist the RPM's and RVP's to ensure budgets are accurately displayed for the upcoming year
Assist the Revenue & Asset Strategy Mgr. with special projects to find opportunities for additional revenue opportunities
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience: 2+ years Real Estate Analyst experience; multi-family preferred
Technical Skills: Exceptional computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suite, YARDI software experience preferred
Driver's License Required: Yes
