About the Team

Become a member of Workday's Finance Operations Team, as a Revenue Accountant The ideal fit is someone who wants to make their mark in a growing organization; a self-starter, a great communicator, and someone who enjoys collaborating with people with a diverse set of talents, in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Our team drives action to improve processes and works to build rapport and trust with internal customers. This position reports directly to the Manager of Revenue Operations.

About the Role

Proudly represent our organization by displaying Workday’s core values, like Customer Service, Innovation, and Integrity, in your role as a Revenue Operations Analyst.

Main job tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Handling the timely and accurate integration of Sales Orders from Salesforce to Workday

  • Ensuring compliance with SLAs

  • Partnering with cross-functional teams (Sales Operations, Revenue Recognition, Legal, etc.) to resolve Sales Order-related issues

  • Finding opportunities and lead initiatives that drive departmental and cross-functional efficiencies, particularly in system improvements and scaling of processes

  • Contributing to Monthly/Quarterly Revenue Operations Close (Journal Entries, Reconciliations, etc.)

  • Assisting with quarterly preparation of supplemental reporting for Senior Management

  • Supporting ad hoc reporting or data management requests

About You

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a Financial Operations / Revenue Operations environment, including general ledger reconciliations, revenue accounting, and/or journal entries

  • Accounting / Finance or other business degree preferred

  • Strong digital literacy is vital, especially in Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SFDC (SalesforceDotCom) experience is highly preferred

  • SaaS-based industry experience is a plus.

  • Zuora RevPro experience is a major plus.

  • Knowledge of US GAAP, with a deep, practical understanding of ASC 606.

  • Proven track record for creating process efficiencies and solving problems

  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • The ability to work with all levels of management

  • Customer service-focused and solution oriented

  • Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently.
