Returns Manager
We’re looking for an experienced returns and customer service professional to take ownership of our returns operation and play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys working close to the detail, improving processes and acting as a subject‑matter expert across returns activity. Job Summary
As Returns Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and optimising the returns process within your scope of responsibility. Acting as an individual contributor, you’ll provide operational oversight, analyse performance, resolve complex issues and work cross‑functionally with internal teams, suppliers and customers.
You’ll use your process knowledge and commercial awareness to ensure returns activity is efficient, compliant and aligned to both customer expectations and business goals.
