Retirement Investment leads and coordinates end‑to‑end development and implementation of retirement investment products. The role ensures all product launches, enhancements, and Day 2 improvements are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. It oversees the full lifecycle—from concept and feasibility, to system development, testing, regulatory approval, and go‑live—while managing risks, dependencies, and timelines.

Working closely with Investment, Actuarial, Marketing, Distribution, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance, the role ensures structured execution, clear governance, and strong stakeholder alignment. Success is measured by predictable delivery, operational and investment readiness, regulatory compliance, and strong customer outcomes, supported by continuous post‑launch reviews and ongoing improvement.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead end‑to‑end development and enhancement of retirement investment products.
  • Align product concepts with investment strategy, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with Investment, Actuarial, Operations, Technology, Distribution, Risk, and Compliance to ensure readiness and smooth execution.
  • Manage project timelines, documentation, testing, and regulatory submissions.
  • Support product launch preparation, including training materials, system readiness, and communication.
  • Monitor post‑launch performance and recommend improvements based on insights and market trends.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Actuarial Science, Investment, or related fields.
  • Min 10 years of experience in product development, investment management, retirement/pension, or life insurance.
  • Strong understanding of investment‑linked products, fund structures, asset allocation, and retirement solutions.
  • Knowledge of life insurance regulatory requirements (including OJK).
  • Experience managing cross‑functional projects and working with investment teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and financial interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with Manulife products and investment processes is an advantage.
