At least 1 year of experience clienteling in a premium fashion environment, demonstrating deep knowledge of trends and designer brands and the ability to apply that insight to meet customers’ styling needs.
Effective communicator with experience in creating meaningful connections with customers that builds brand loyalty
Able to navigate various technology platforms with or without a reasonable accommodation as part of the clienteling process
Flexible and adaptable to work shifts that meet the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and peak business hours; flexible and/or consistent scheduling may be available as required by state, provincial, and local laws.
Ability to maneuver around the salesfloor, stockroom, and office and lift up to 30lb, with or without a reasonable accommodation
