About This Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-obsessed Studio Sales Associate to join our team in our Fashion Mall at Keystone studio location. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional piercing and shopping experience for our customers in a genuine and enthusiastic manner, supporting the team on the weekends. This position involves assisting customers with ear piercings, providing product recommendations, and ensuring the studio maintains Rowan’s high standards of cleanliness and safety. Your responsibility is to infuse the Rowan experience, bring brand awareness, product knowledge and the art of ear stacking to life, through engaging customer interactions. This is an hourly, non-exempt position, reporting to the Studio Manager.
Ideal Availability:
We are seeking candidates with open and flexible availability, with an expected commitment of approximately 20–25 hours per week. Availability for at least two weekends per month is required, along with coverage during peak fall and holiday seasons.
