About the role
 

MSS Security is seeking reliable and professional Casual Retail Security Officers to join our team at Tweed Mall in New South Wales. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting internal and external patrols, acting as the first point of contact for retail staff and customers, and providing a strong visible presence to deter and maintain a safe and secure environment.
 

Duties include but are not limited to:
 

• Maintain a strong, visible security presence to support retailers with loss prevention, safety, and asset protection.
• Respond rapidly and professionally to security incidents and escalate when needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and directions to customers as required.
• Observe and promptly report incidents, completing clear and accurate documentation.
• Perform routine patrols throughout the centre, both internally and externally, to maintain safety and security.
   

Requirements:
 

• Full Australian Working Rights
• Current NSW Security Licence
• Certificate II in security operations (Or higher)
• Driver’s Licence
• Valid First Aid and CPR (Or Willing to obtain)
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles (Highly Desirable)
• The ability to work a 24*7 rotational roster, including weekends
