Job Summary

KEEN Garage Retail Sales Associates are the front face of our brand.  These individuals provide brand and product knowledge, along with service and selling excellence in our store, with a creative, unique approach, and bring what we call the “KEEN Factor.” 

Key Responsibilities

Description

  • Sells shoes to fans in the retail stores. Exhibits high degree of customer service and professionalism that contributes to best-in-class fan experience.
  • Facilitates post-purchase product resolution efforts and accommodates customer requests to the extent possible.
  • Facilities consumer warranties on a case-by-case basis.
  • Executes visual merchandising concepts according to predesigned merchandizing plans.
  • Utilizes the point-of-sale system to ensure transactions are recorded.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Any previous retail, retail operations, or footwear preferred.

Any equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Working knowledge of retail selling concepts.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Base Salary: $19.00 hourly
