How you will make contributions that matter 

Join our friendly and growing team as a Retail Sales Assistant in Maffra, VIC. In this role, you will be part of a small, close-knit team on site and over 3,000 colleagues across Australia. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing genuine customer service and assisting customers with pricing and product queries.
• Processing point of sale (POS) transactions.
• Assisting with store setup and merchandise displays.
• Receiving inwards goods, unpacking orders, and deliveries.
• Performing general banking tasks.
• Occasionally performing heavy lifting tasks (up to 20kg).

About you 

• Experience in a Retail, Customer Service or Administration role
• A background and genuine interest in Agriculture would be advantageous
• Forklift license holders will be highly regarded
• Excellent communication, customer service, and ability to build strong relationships.
• Exposure to Inventory & Stock control is advantageous but not essential.
• Proficiency in using computer software, including MS Office.
