About the Team
The Retail Experience team is responsible for driving excellence across Samsung retail touchpoints, ensuring strong execution of go-to-market strategies, operational efficiency, and impactful in-store visibility projects.
The team currently includes:
- Operations & Performance Analysis
- Go-to-Market & Retail Projects (SIS restyling, modernization)
- Strategy, project coordination, budget management, and Retail global guidelines alignment

We are looking for a Retail Operation support Intern to support the team across multiple activities, working closely with all team members in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key responsabities:
As a Retail Experience Operations Intern, you will support the team in the execution of retail projects and day-to-day activities, gaining hands-on exposure to how retail initiatives are managed from planning to in-store execution.

What you will do:
• Support daily retail operations, including shipment coordination and in-store material management
• Help monitor warehouse stock and coordinate material requests from the field team
• Support the implementation of new SIS and in-store projects
• Assist in coordinating maintenance and restyling activities across retail stores
• Support budget planning and tracking for approved retail activities
• Help prepare basic documentation and follow-up on project-related costs
• Assist in the development of retail communication and graphic materials, working with internal communication and creative teams
• Support the preparation of creative briefs for agencies involved in retail visibility and in-store experience projects
• Update weekly and monthly reports and support the monitoring of key retail KPIs
• Help analyze store performance to identify opportunities for improvement and visibility investments
• Support the coordination of external agencies during product launches and retail projects, checking execution and material alignment
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, methodical, and curious mindset
• Strong interest in retail dynamics and in-store execution
• Ability to work in a young, dynamic, and collaborative team
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Good level of English (written and spoken)
