Retail Operations Coordinator

In partnership with Retail Operations team, assist with communicating related news and information, and other sales focused messaging to field teams. Coordinate and execute sales and event initiatives for both Full-Line and Factory channels.
Provide reporting, maintenance, training and continuous improvement on Sharepoint and Task Manager site to drive sales and operational effectiveness.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Note: Other duties may be assigned)

  • Coordinate and gatekeep documents and communications via Vera Bradley SharePoint and Task Manager sites. Ensure general upkeep and maintenance of respective sites.
  • Gather, compile and communicate all relevant information for field sales teams including rewards and recognition, top 5 initiatives, sales updates, promotions, and contests
  • Receive, research, and respond to questions and requests from the field to include but not limited to clarification about contests, store events, operational processes, objectives, and goals
  • Create and manage store contests and recognition programs, aligning initiatives with business goals and driving engagement at the store level.
  • Maintain, update, and distribute store-relevant SOPs and process documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency across all stores.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of store operations, policies, and systems to provide accurate guidance and consistent support.
  • Collaborate with Retail Operations Team and other functional areas to develop and communicate new operational processes, tools, and procedures to assist the field in delivering on their goals and objectives
  • Communicate sale key dates to ensure stores meet deadlines for internal and external planning (ex; launch support, event execution and all other sales support needs)
  • Provide support with special projects as needed including new store openings, store events and channel meetings  
  • Assist in planning and coordinating Annual Outlet Sale
  • Prepare and distribute department mailings, maintain relevant files and programs
  • Handle a diverse workload with shifting priorities, adapting quickly to new projects, requests, and business needs.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • High School Graduate. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related field preferred
  • 1+ years project coordination experience
  • 2+ years Sales and/or retail experience preferred
  • Experience with POS and Task Manager systems preferred
  • Prior store management  experience a plus

Base Pay Range:

$50,500.00 - $75,700.00

Vera Bradley’s compensation ranges are based on market data and comply with all local, state and federal regulations. Individual pay within the listed range depends on work location, skills, experience, and relevant education. The posted salary reflects base pay only and excludes bonuses, equity, or other incentives, if applicable.
