Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining a professional image
  • Greet customers at the service centre and ensure satisfaction at every step of their visit
  • Answer incoming calls and take accurate customer messages
  • Assist customers based on their needs and service requirements
  • Perform pre- and post-vehicle inspection procedures
  • Vacuum vehicle interiors, clean windows, and maintain service area cleanliness
  • Support technicians with windshield repairs, installations, and TAG system installations
  • Shuttle vehicles in and out of the service centre as required
  • Follow all health and safety policies and procedures
  • Support the service centre team with ad-hoc tasks as required to ensure smooth daily operations

What You’ll Need

  • Previous customer service experience is an asset
  • A valid driver’s licence
  • Ability to lift moderate weight and perform physical tasks
  • Willingness to travel between service centres as needed

 Position Type : Fixed Term Position for 6 months

Vacancy Status: This is a newly created position.

Compensation: Range of pay for this role is between $21.50 - $23.50 per hour.  Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the range of pay. Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
