Job Summary:
Join Michael Kors as a Retail Marketing Manager, where you'll develop and execute sales promotion strategies to engage customers, drive traffic, and increase conversions. This role requires strong collaboration, creativity, and data-driven decision-making to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events. Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Planning
- Develop and implement strategic sales promotion plans to drive store traffic and sales performance.
- Work closely with retail, merchandising, visual merchandising, e-commerce, and business planning & analysis teams to align sales promotion initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future strategies.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute sales promotion campaigns, including in-store activations, seasonal promotions, and product launches.
- Partner with global marketing teams to localize brand initiatives for target audience.
- Manage promotional calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Event Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute retail events, including VIP experiences, fashion showcases, and store openings.
- Work closely with Retail Managers to identify co-marketing opportunities with key retail partners and shopping malls.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
Customer Engagement
- Work closely with CRM Manager to support CRM initiatives.
- Develop in-store experiences that enhance customer engagement and strengthen brand affinity.
- Leverage data insights to personalize approaches and improve customer experience.
Retail Media & Tool Management
- Develop in-store POPs, DMs, digital signages, posters, etc.
- Order GWPs and manage inventory.
- Review department and outlet stores’ media, websites, SNS, OOH, etc.
Budget & Performance Management
- Manage sales promotion budgets and optimize spending for maximum return on investment.
- Set and track KPIs and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Ensure all sales promotion activities comply with brand guidelines and corporate standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales promotion, retail marketing, or related roles in the fashion, luxury, or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of market trends, consumer behaviors, and sales promotion strategies.
- Understanding of CRM and customer engagement initiatives.
- Excellent cross-functional project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
