OUR ROLE

Are you passionate about bringing marketing campaigns to life? As a Retail Marketing Activation Specialist, you will play a key role in executing engaging, high-quality marketing activations across our retail stores, outlets, and ecommerce channels in the Nordics. You’ll ensure that our brand campaigns are translated into impactful customer experiences, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent and commercially effective activations.

This position is based in Espoo, Finland and reports to the Senior Marketing Activation Manager, Nordics. The role is full-time and operates in a hybrid working model.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT VITA BRANDS

Responsibilities:

You will be part of the Nordic Marketing Activation Team, working closely with Market Managers, retail teams, and brand stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution across Direct-to-Consumer channels.

  • Execute marketing campaigns across retail stores and ecommerce based on activation plans
  • Coordinate and deliver campaign assets including POS materials, newsletters, and digital content
  • Own and maintain the Nordic outlet campaign calendar and align activation timing across markets
  • Plan and execute outlet newsletters and local paid media campaigns
  • Brief, plan, and manage POS production and retail screen content
  • Localize campaign copy and manage translations for Nordic markets
  • Ensure clear communication and readiness across stores for all campaigns
  • Coordinate local events and PR activities in own stores
  • Monitor campaign execution, identify risks, and provide insights to stakeholders

WHO YOU ARE

Experience:

You are a hands-on marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys turning plans into impactful execution. You bring strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing activation, trade marketing, or retail marketing
  • Experience coordinating campaign assets, POS production, or retail marketing materials
  • Hands-on experience with digital activation, including email marketing (newsletter planning and execution), ecommerce content updates, and coordination of local paid media
  • Experience with local events, influencer collaborations, or PR coordination
  • Understanding of retail operations and consumer-facing campaigns
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar field (preferred)
  • Fluency in Finnish, Swedish, and English
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
