LOCATION(S): Halifax, Leeds, Bristol, Cardiff, Newport or Chester
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

Our Finance team partner the Retail Business — the largest division within Lloyds Banking Group. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner and the Business to support on exciting new projects, stay close to business trading performance, and drive analysis and insight across the full financial P&L. Your work will help drive challenge, enable better decision-making, and help shape the strategic direction of the businesses we support.
We’re currently recruiting a Finance Manager to join our Cards, Loans, and Embedded Finance Business Partnering team — supporting some of the UK’s leading unsecured lending products. This is a high-impact role where you’ll help shape product performance, customer outcomes, and strategic decisions through data-driven insight.
Day to Day, you will:
Work with the Senior Finance Business Partners and the Business to deliver insightful analysis across the full P&L for Cards, Loans, and Embedded Finance products.
Support our Planning and Reporting Finance team with forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning, through storyboarding and insights.
Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to influence decision-making and drive commercial outcomes.
Identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and ensure alignment with financial strategy.
Support the development of business cases and investment appraisals for new initiatives.
Take ownership of your own personal development and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

What you’ll need:
Qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience in a financial analysis role.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with experience in interpreting complex data and presenting clear insights.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate financial information effectively.
Experience working in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
