This 12-month fixed term contract (Either parttime or fulltime) is an opportunity for Retail Experience Coordinator to join our Retail team based at our current East Tāmaki headquarters, in a fast-paced environment, where you must be comfortable wearing many hats.
The main responsibilities of this role involve providing the right level of project coordination cross multiple concurrent projects, the layout, specification and execution of physical displays, digital experience, merchandise and point of sale across multiple projects of varying scale.
Working with a variety of stakeholders and partners to execute this, from identifying instore display locations, through construction to operation and maintenance while providing overall support to the Retail Experience Team to progress new displays and storefronts for both Fisher & Paykel and Haier brands.
The Retail Experience Coordinator produces project schedules, coordinates display rollouts, manages digital display rollout, and deals with graphic design and signage requests for stores as well as all repairs and maintenance works required. This will all be done in conjunction working closely with Suppliers, Retailers, Marketing and Sales.
That’s the role, so who are you?
This is an exceptionally busy role so we are looking for a self-driven individual who can juggle priorities while focussing on a multitude of jobs, ensuring they are all moving along smoothly. You will need to bring a proactive approach and high-level attention to detail to keep up with the demands of this role.
You will have proven organisational skills, exposure to budget management, strong experience in project coordination and execution across multifaceted projects, you’ll be adept in providing administrative based support, whilst acting as a brand ambassador with our retail partners, third party suppliers and customers.
You're a people-person and a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to quickly establish positive and productive relationships with stakeholders.
The position is suited to a self-driven individual with 3+ years’ experience and skill in project-based coordination. Exceptional planning, communication (oral & written) and relationship building skills are essential.
A tertiary Trade Marketing/Business Management/ Project Coordination qualification preferred but not essential.
