WHAT YOU'LL DO

Are you organized, curious, and interested in how products show up — and win — in stores? Do you enjoy working with data, connecting dots, and turning ideas into real-world execution? We’re looking for a Retail Display Specialist to support how in-store displays are planned, executed, and measured across retailers. This role is designed for early-career professionals who want hands-on exposure to retail execution, sales operations, and commercial insights in a fast-paced CPG environment.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Insights, and Category Management to help ensure displays are clearly defined, consistently executed, and tracked in a way that drives learning and results. Training and support are built into the role — curiosity, organization, and a desire to learn matter most.

  • Assist in ensuring display designs are practical, scalable, and executable in real retail environments.

  • Help maintain SKU rankings by region or retailer to support featuring the most relevant and high-performing products on display.

Learn and Use Retail Execution Tools (Training Provided)

You’ll learn how to use a variety of retail execution and reporting tools to support display execution and visibility, including:

  • Curate strong execution examples to reinforce standards, share wins, and highlight best practices across teams.

What Success Looks Like

  • Display opportunities are tracked, assigned, and followed through — not left open-ended.

  • Displays feature the right products for the right retailers and markets.

  • Sales teams have visibility into display expectations and execution status.

  • Execution performance is documented, measurable, and improving over time.

  • Display activity is increasingly tied to outcomes, not just activity.

We create connections with every sip. And we’ve found a lot of value in in-person connections! As a young, fast-growing company, we’re still creating and refining the systems that will fuel our future growth. Onsite presence is beyond collaboration, and here is why onsite presence matters:

Boosts new-hire ramp-up and skills transfer – In-person mentoring, shadowing, and real-time collaboration help new team members learn our tools, processes, and retail execution standards faster and contribute sooner.

Strengthens cross-functional execution – This role partners closely with Sales, Insights, and Category Management. Onsite presence ensures the right people are aligned at the right time to support display execution, reporting, and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 1+ years of experience in retail, sales support, operations, merchandising, marketing, analytics, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Foundational data analysis skills, with the ability to organize information, identify patterns, and summarize what the data is showing.

  • Ability to use data to tell a clear story and support decisions, especially related to execution, performance, and improvement opportunities.

  • Comfort learning new tools and systems with training and support.

  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
