Retail Design Lead

As a subject matter expert, the Design Lead guides and leads the creation and execution of visual concepts across digital, print, and video channels. Working closely with the Art Director and Graphic Designers, they help bring brand stories to life through compelling design, consistent branding, and fresh ideas. This role combines hands-on design work with conceptual thinking to support marketing campaigns.  
 

Responsibilities:

• Develops cohesive on-brand visual concepts for retail marketing initiatives
• Support the Art Director and AVP, Creative Services Director on campaign and project visuals
• Guides Graphic Designers with concepts to produce assets and templates
• Collaborates with retail marketing subject matter experts to align on projects and campaign strategies

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of related experience
• Expert-level knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
• Expert-level knowledge of InDesign Skills
• Strong concepting skills
• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, and branding principles
• Strong Digital design skills
• Email and landing page layout
• Visual storyteller
• Collaborative and Team Player
• Good presentation skills

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
