What you’ll do:
You will join the team of Sisal Italy Planning & Control following: in particular Betting Product & Branded Network reporting directly to the Sisal Italy Retail Controlling Manager.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in the following tasks:
Performing closing, budgeting, and forecasting processes, including performance and variance analysis against benchmark scenarios;
Supporting in Reporting activities;
Consolidating Betting Performance and Costs for region Flutter SEA;
Develop, collect, and monitor key Retail and Betting KPIs;
Conduct detailed analyses of costs, revenues, investments, and profitability by product and channel, ensuring consistency between actuals and applied planning logic;
Supporting the Business function in recurring actual accounting activities;
Supporting the Business function in the development and implementation of Business Cases for ad-hoc analyses;
Interfacing with corporate functions to ensure proper and consistent consolidation of financial statements;
Implement and update Planning and Controlling models: capability to identify key driver.
What you’ll bring:
You have at least 5 years of experience in the controlling area of a structured company supporting the business functions;
You have a degree in Economics or Management Engineering;
You have excellent knowledge of Office package and IT Financial and
Reporting System (SAP, Oracle);
You have knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP principles;
You have knowledge of main logic of Income Statement reclassification;
You are fluent in English and Italian, both spoken and written;
You are a team worker, effective communicator, flexible and proactive;
You know how to manage task and projects autonomously, you have strong analytical skills and you’re able to relate at executive level.
Preferrably, you also have:
Availability for travel;
Basic knowledge of Oracle Planning and Hyperion;
Basic knowledge of data modelling and multidimensional analysis.
