What you’ll do:
- Monitoring of Back Office processes
- Verification of compliance with processes and procedures
- Verification of digitalized SFA contracts
- Verification and preparation of non-digitalized contracts
- Management of commercial reporting
- Commercial support activities
- Management of certified emails
- Complaints management
- Obligations relating to the closure of the PoS
What you’ll bring:
- Strong innovative thinking, change agility, stress management, problem-solving skills, autonomy, and the ability to make decisions even in ambiguous or undefined situations.
- Strong creative skills and a genuine passion for the gambling industry are highly valued.
- 2+ years of experience in CRM and MS Office.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to details.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in parallel.
Preferably, you also have:
- Proven experience in the retail gambling industry.
- Proficiency in both English and Italian, spoken and written.
