💰Competitive compensation details: for this role the yearly starting salary is 25.760 EUR Gross. We consistently benchmark our salaries against top competitors and every P&G employee’s salary is reviewed at least annually so there is ample room for growth.
As a Retail Activation & In-store Marketing Specialist, you will help us make sure we win with consumers where they take the ultimate purchase decision – In the store, via in-store marketing campaigns and retail activations.
Lead the execution of Channel and Customer Marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives, while working closely with internal and customer instore marketing team.
Lead and oversee the production of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) on a national level, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with brand guidelines.
Generate and analyze reports on Point of Sale Materials (POSM) to drive effectiveness and optimizations.
Collaborate with Shopper Based Design team to manage the production and implementation of permanent instore constructions & category beautifications, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
Coordinate and manage all electro channel instore marketing related projects, ensuring they align with marketing strategies and operational goals.
Develop, manage, and track budgets for marketing projects, ensuring all expenditures are within approved limits and aligned with financial objectives.
Ensure all marketing activities and materials comply with regulatory and company standards, including Stew compliance requirements.
Lead corporate premiums menu for instore campaigns, ensuring effective execution and alignment with overall marketing strategies.
Work closely with external agencies to develop and execute marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring alignment with brand standards and objectives.
Foster strong relationships with agency partners to drive innovation and optimize marketing effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and execution.

Job Qualifications
