About the location:

The restaurant supervisor will be part of a quick paced, high volume restaurant with a three meal period operation. In this role he /she must maintain and control a high level of guest service.  This is achieved by ensuring consistent and thoughtful service demonstrated by the restaurant staff. 

What will you do:

  • supervising and ensuring the quality of the service and the respect of the standards,
  • ensuring that established cultural and core standards meet the long-range strategic planning for the outlet operation,
  • promoting good public relations, handling complaints, concerns or special requests
  • training the staff.

What you bring: 

  • must have thorough food and beverage knowledge with a special focus on customer satisfaction and real passion for service,
  • sommelier and bar knowledge is a plus,
  • must be positively self motivated and outgoing,
  • must have at least 2-3 years of previous employment in a supervisory or similar position
  • must have an excellent knowledge of English (Hungarian and any other European language is a plus)
