Your role

As HR Generalist, you are the primary HR point of contact for the Paris corporate office. You partner closely with local leaders and regional stakeholders to translate business needs into effective people solutions.

Your key responsibilities include :

  • Acting as a strategic and operational HR Business Partner for leaders and managers
  • Ensuring consistent application of HR policies, processes, and employment legislation in a corporate environment
  • Managing personnel administration and coordinating with payroll
  • Leading employee relations topics, ensuring fair, transparent, and compliant people practices
  • Monitoring absenteeism and wellbeing indicators, in collaboration with occupational health, to support a healthy work environment
  • Leading end-to-end recruitment for permanent and temporary corporate roles, including onboarding and integration
  • Planning, coordinating, and tracking learning, development, and skills initiatives in line with business priorities
  • Driving performance management, engagement, and talent development initiatives in line with Sonoco frameworks
  • Contributing to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in a corporate and/or international environment
  • Solid knowledge of French employment law
  • A recognised HR qualification
  • English Fluent
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach
  • High ethical standards and a strong sense of confidentiality
  • Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating effectively within a regional HR network
  • Remote office in Nantes in the scope (regular travels).
