Airbus Helicopters recherche un(e) Responsable de la performance et de la gouvernance des services techniques aéronautiques (f/h) pour rejoindre notre département Services Transverses Support & Services basé à Marignane, France.
Vous ferez partie d'une équipe en interaction avec le support technique, la maintenance, la réparation et la révision des aéronefs (MRO), les services de maintenance et de données aéronautiques, les données techniques, les bulletins de service et les méthodes et outils.
Au sein des services transversaux, vous serez responsable du département Performance et Gouvernance.
Nous entretenons des relations étroites avec les services Finance, Développement commercial et Programmes, et Ressources humaines.
Notre équipe, aux profils variés, évolue dans un environnement international. Notre objectif est d'optimiser les ressources et la performance financière en apportant soutien et conseils aux responsables de département.

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Head-Of Aircraft Technical Services Performance & Governance (f/m) to join our Support & Services Transversal Services department based in Marignane, France.
You will be part of a team interacting with Technical Support, Aircraft MRO, Aircraft Maintenance & Data Services, Technical Data, Service Bulletins and Methods & Tools. As part of Transversal Services, you will be in charge of leading the Performance & Governance department.
We maintain a close relationship with Finance, Business & Programs and Human Resources.

Your challenges:
Performance:
To consolidate and escalate Risk & Opportunities on a monthly basis
To consolidate and escalate KPIs on a monthly basis
To monitor Projects’ performance on a monthly basis
To monitor Resources clockings on a monthly basis
To manage overall Workload (5-year plan) and Capacity for all Aircraft Technical Services and provides inputs for Sales & Operations (S&OP) exercises
To monitor subcontracting Purchase Orders in order to ensure external activities are covered and paid in due time
Governance:
To define/update the overall Projects governance on a yearly basis
To manage the Projects portfolio (collect, escalate) in the frame of Support & Services strategy
To drive budget requests (pitches) for all projects
To define standards for bottom-up files of Aircraft Technical Services: Workload, Projects portfolio, CAPEX, Sustaining, Needsheets
To support project managers: Gates, Costs monitoring, Risks & Opportunities, EVM, etc.
Finance:
To define together with Finance department the yearly Budget for Aircraft Technical Services Cost Centers (Cost Base): Pepex, Opex, Depreciation, Secondary Costs, External Costs
To monitor overall Cost Base performance on a monthly basis
To review yearly landing by providing required data to Finance department for FC1 FC2 FC3 exercises
To manage CAPEX investments: collect, arbitrate, escalate
To manage Sustaining budget: collect, arbitrate, escalate
To drumbeat Unit Costs of PSM, Service Bulletins and TechData on a quarterly basis
Communication & Change Management:
To consolidate overall Communication plan of Aircraft Technical Services
To drive implementation of the Communication plan
To animate and implement change management for key transformation projects and Support & Services initiatives
To lead Business Continuity routines and escalate to Support & Services
Your profile:
Master's degree in Audit, Controlling or Finance
Strong experience in management
Strong experience in Operational Cost Controlling
Strong leadership skills
Experience in coordinating multi-functional teams, ideally in a PMO environment
Experience working in an international environment
Good knowledge of Airbus Helicopters processes, ideally
Strong experience of Google Workspace
Ability to abstract complex situations and report to senior management
Ability to federate and influence
Fluent in French and English, Spanish and/or German would be a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
