Responsable Automatisme H/F

Rôle

Rattaché/e à la Direction Technique, vous serez le manager de l’un de nos Bureaux d’Etudes, et aurez un rôle central dans la satisfaction de nos clients, et le bon positionnement technologique de nos solutions.

Responsabilités

• Piloter et animer l’équipe bureau d’étude Automatisme, au quotidien mais aussi en accompagnant leur carrière et montée en compétences
• Apporter du soutien technique et une force de conviction pour défendre nos ambitions, notre expertise sur le plan technologique auprès des clients et partenaires, à toutes les étapes : avant-vente, réalisation et R&D
• Effectuer une veille sur les nouveaux besoins des marchés, en connexion avec les équipes commerciales, les autres équipes techniques du groupe (notamment mécanique, automatisme et informatique industrielle), les clients… Être force de proposition sur les évolutions de nos process et technologies
• Planifier la charge et arbitrer par rapport aux priorités, en lien avec la Direction du site et les équipes Projets. Gérer la sous-traitance.

Profil

• Formation Ingénieur ou équivalent, avec impérativement une spécialisation en automatisme
• Expérience significative dans un poste opérationnel en tant qu’automaticien/ne, Ingénieur automatisme (programmation Siemens Tia Portal, IHM), si possible dans le domaine du bien d’équipement industriel
• Expérience dans le management d’équipe d’experts
• Anglais indispensable pour nos échanges aussi bien en interne qu’avec nos clients et partenaires
• Force de conviction et plaisir de la communication, avec une approche pédagogique
• Sens du client
