Job Summary: This RESOURCES MANAGER position, is located in ARNG Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO),Resource Management Branch and is part of the CA JFHQ Facilities. This Vacancy is being advertised concurrently with Technician Vacancy CA-12840442-AR-25-015. Only one of the announced positions will be filled.

Major Duties:

  • THIS IS A T32 EXCEPTED SERVICE, PERMANENT POSITION The primary purpose of the RESOURCES MANAGER, GS-0501-12, is to accomplish management and financial administration of programs under the control of the CFMO. Supervises the work of the function. May make additional selections within 90 days of eligible(s) issuance.

Qualifications: General Experience: Must possess experience, education or training in collecting and analyzing data effectively, efficiently, and accurately; applying procedures and directives by reading and interpreting program material; presenting formal training presentations and briefings; and preparing reports and presentation formats. RESOURCES MANAGER, GS-0501-12: Must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-11 level, or equivalent pay band in other pay systems in the Federal government. This experience may also have been obtained in the private sector, but must demonstrate that it is comparable to the GS grade indicated. Specialized experience may have been demonstrated by performing duties such as: Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed; Experience leading, directing and assigning work of personnel; Experience with analytical reasoning in the identification, analysis, and evaluation of financial issues and developing alternative solutions; Experience with analysis, research, writing, and judgment typically gained through academic education or progressively responsible experiences.
