Who you are:

As a Residential Review Analyst with Frost, you are one of our experts. In this role, you will review residential automated valuation models and associated property condition reports. You enjoy working with other departments and want to ensure timely and accurate evaluations with our signature all-win approach in mind.

What you’ll do:

  • Review residential automated valuation models (AVMs) and associated property condition reports (PCRs) to derive an estimate of value for loan requests up to and including $400,000
  • Review residential appraisal reports for loan requests up to and including $400,000 performed by independent fee appraisers, reporting findings and conclusions in written format following all applicable guidelines and standards
  • Attend related real estate appraisal courses, seminars and meetings for the purpose of maintaining current market knowledge of real estate values and appraisal procedures and techniques
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • Basic knowledge of legal descriptions and surveys
  • Experience with Multiple Listing Service and Marshall & Swift Valuation Service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications

  • Texas Residential Appraiser Trainee Authorization
