The Opportunity
We are seeking a Residential Leasing Manager to oversee and execute day-to-day leasing operations across our residential property communities. This role is ideal for a motivated, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service while driving occupancy and leasing success.
What You’ll Do
Participation in the full leasing process
Maintain a comprehensive and up to date knowledge of the portfolio, including availability, vacancy, suite layouts, common areas, amenities, parking, etc
Develop leads including telephone and email inquiries, holding open houses, and participating in marketing and sales event
Ability to conduct viewings and tours on an on-going basis
Ensure rental applications are reviewed and approved, including conducting credit and reference checks
Inspect all vacant suites on a regular basis to ensure they are in a rent ready condition
Help AgeCare remain competitive by conducting regular market research surveys, providing regular reports on sales activities, occupancy rates, competitor data, and industry trends
Assist the Marketing & Sales Advisor with the execution of the property marketing and leasing plan
What You Bring
3+ years of sales experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience and knowledge of the Alberta Residential Tenancy Act considered an asset
Ability to work weekends and evenings as necessary
A valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
