About the Role
An opportunity exists for an Administration Assistant to join the St Vincent’s Residential In Reach Team on a permanent basis. You will be a dynamic team player who is committed to providing excellent service to our patients and staff. The position requires staff to undertake duties across a rotating roster.
Duties include:
Classification for this position will be HS1 - HS17 ($58,442.80 - $64,610 per annum, pro rata).

About St Vincent’s Residential In Reach Team
St Vincent’s Melbourne established the Residential In-Reach (RIR) service in 2011. It operates across public and private aged care facilities, seven days a week within the St Vincent’s catchment area. The RIR service works closely with the Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFs), General Practitioners (GPs), and other community health care teams to assist in the ongoing development and delivery of timely and effective care for older persons by providing early intervention in relation to acute illnesses associated with chronic disease and ageing, and providing evidence-based education and nursing leadership. This service is nurse led and is staffed by a Nurse Practitioner Candidates and Clinical Nurse Consultants and rotating medical staff from the Geriatric Medical Unit.
The position may be based at any of the St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne sites.
