The Opportunity:
The Resident Care Attendant is responsible to the Executive Director or the Director of Care. They ensure and support the implementation and evaluation of the resident care services in accordance with applicable provincial standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure that the highest standard of resident care is delivered and maintained at all times.

Graduate of Health Care Assistant program from a college recognized by the Post- Secondary Education Commission.
Possesses excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Demonstrates genuine interest and concern for the well-being of seniors.
Registered with the BC Care Aide and Community Health Worker Registry.
