Effectiveness of Employment Agreement
The effectiveness of this Agreement is conditioned upon RefugePoint’s receipt of anticipated project
funding from UNHCR and RefugePoint’s private fundraising efforts this year.
Regulations and Work Policies
Her position is subject to the provisions of the RefugePoint-UNHCR Collaboration Project Handbook.
While on deployment to a UNHCR Operation, she is expected to adhere to the work schedule, policies, and other expectations for that office, while still reporting to your RefugePoint supervisor. She is required to sign and abide by the UNHCR Undertaking and the UNHCR Code of Conduct.
Other Terms of Employment
Employment pursuant to this Agreement is “at will.” This means that both, the employee, and the
Organization, the employer, have the right to terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause. As a courtesy, as much advance notice as possible should be given to the other party. Thirty days is recommended.
The terms and provisions of this Agreement can only be amended or modified by a written agreement executed by the parties hereto.
