Job Summary

The Reservations Compliance Specialist ensures every guest reservation is accurate, compliant, and aligned with our brand’s promise of excellence. In this role, you will serve as the analytical backbone of the reservations function—auditing data, identifying discrepancies, and safeguarding the integrity of each booking from creation to embarkation. The successful candidate will exemplify our belief that 'excellence is in the details.' Every voyage begins with precision and trust, and you will ensures that both are present in every record, report, and reconciliation.

Essential Functions

  • Conduct daily and pre-sail audits to verify voyage details, pricing, payments, and guest information for accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform 'Pre-Sail Integrity Checks' to ensure payment links, onboard credits, and Bonvoy accruals are correctly applied.
  • Analyze booking trends to identify recurring discrepancies and recommend process improvements.
  • Partner with Accounting, Air & Hotel, and Special Services teams to research and resolve inconsistencies in real time.
  • Maintain and update the Booking Compliance Checklist, which is used to measure data quality across Salesforce, CruisePal, and NICE inContact.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly booking integrity reports summarizing audit findings, root causes, and resolution rates.
  • Support internal and external audits by compiling documentation and ensuring compliance with financial, legal, and data protection standards.
  • Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Finance to enhance data synchronization, automation, and workflow efficiency.
  • Assist in developing corrective training materials based on audit insights and error trends.

Competency & Requirements

Education:

  • Minimum two-year degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or operations

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum two years in reservations, auditing, data analysis, or revenue management within a luxury or hospitality brand
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce, CruisePal/Resco, and knowledge of data validation and reporting tools preferred
  • Advanced Excel experience preferred
  • Exceptional analytical rigor, attention to detail, and process discipline
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Work Environment:

  • Onsite or hybrid; full-time (40 hours/week) with occasional extended hours during embarkation or audit cycles
